		<description><![CDATA[Mmmmm I always make this dish in the summer when my mom and baba&#039;s garden&#039;s are overflowing with tomatoes. I love it. It&#039;s excellent with fresh tomatoes. Just might make it tonight, unfortuantely with store bought tomatoes lol. Will have to try your version too Ana with the canned roma. It looks excellent.]]></description>
